Nuestro amor por el idioma y la cultura hispana fue el motivo por el que, desde 2010, creamos la Escuela de Español Elcano Alicante. Desde que iniciamos nuestra aventura hemos pretendido hacer llegar el español a todos los rincones del mundo a través de todos los estudiantes que realizan un programa de español para extranjeros con nosotros.

I had a wonderful Spanish learning experience at Elcano. My teacher, Maria, was excellent. Very attuned to our learning... needs and addressed them all with clear examples, exercises and conversation. The school is well located in the historic center, close to many restaurants, panaderias, and easy access to the beach. I was working full-time in the evenings so wasn’t able to attend the evening school activities, but we did do some fun and interesting Friday afternoon activities, my favorite was meeting refugees learning Spanish from the affiliated Spanish school. I highly recommend Elcano if you are looking to learn Spanish and if I make it back to Alicante, I will definitely go back to Elcano to continue advancing my Spanish.leer más

This is a very good school to learn Spanish. From the first start everything is in Spanish, a bit overwhelming in the... beginning, but it's the most effective way to learn! Really nice staff and teachers. Every week activities. I studied four months. School is great located in the center. This was a great learning experience for me. The style of teaching was very communicative, with a good mix of grammar... and speaking. There was an optimal teacher to student ratio. The office staff are friendly and helpful, which lends to a great atmosphere. Even under the Corona situation, the staff managed to make it an enjoyable and memorable experience. The only negative were the accommodations. Although centrally located and only minutes walking distance from the school, my apartment had no air conditioning (in the 40degrees heat of Alicante) and was not in the best condition. So, do enquire beforehand about the provided accommodations. Apart from that, I would definitely attend Elcano again. Oh, and not forgetting the beauty of Alicante and the surrounding towns.leer más

Definitely recommend this school to anyone at any level that is looking for Spanish lessons!This is my second time... taking Spanish classes in this school, I’ve done the intensive courses and I really have to say, the teachers and admins are amazing, they went above and beyond to prepare fun classes, interesting and useful materials among learning the basic of Spanish (vocabulary, grammar, phrases etc.)Before COVID-19 there are even outdoor activities for you to practice your Spanish in real life circumstances. The teachers took us to the Central Mercado, Museums etc. Talking and practicing with the locals.I started from 0 and have learned so much in just a couple weeks. The classroom are very spacious, classes normally come in small groups so you get to learn faster and interact with the teachers more.The admins also plan fun activities(Halloween party, Tapas night and movie night etc), language exchange with the locals and so on.Now during COVID-19 they follow a very stick guideline of wearing masks all the time, taking the temperature before you enter the school, cleaning and sanitizing after each class and there are hand sanitizers EVERYWHERE!BEST SCHOOL IN ALICANTE!✨如果你在找西班牙課程，非常推薦這個學校，任何程度都有相關課程並持續進行中。老師們都非常好且很有耐心，備課資料很齊全且很有趣。非常推薦！leer más

First of all, the school is located in a very convienent area, city center and is close to all the facilities and... beach.
