250 g flour

40 g butter for frying
Separate the eggs. Give yolks with flour, baking powder, milk and honey in a bowl and mix it to a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Whisk the egg whites stiff with 1 pinch of salt. Fold the whipped egg whites into the dough. To bake the pancakes, heat a little butter in a pan. With a small ladle pour in a blob of dough in portions and bake the pancakes 1-2 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Depending on your liking, you can serve the pancakes with fresh fruits, chocolate cream, honey, jam, etc.
